Delivery Clause

All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option if you live within 5 miles of the pick-up location with an additional fee of $10! (I love a good drive and bonus if that drive is past a Starbucks!)

In a hurry?

While I can’t accommodate ALL last-minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 14 days will require a rush fee of 25%.

Inspiration

Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They are just that – inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas – we’ll try to keep it close.

Covid Care

We know that you can’t control when you have come in contact with a person who has Covid, and we want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? We can freeze your cookies for 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest.

Product Photography

Say Cheese!! If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me.

Order Minimums

I require a minimum of 2 dozen!

Cottage Food Laws

Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law.

Weather Clause

If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather (darn rain or snow), but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!

Refunds

While we want you to love our cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. We will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.

Bulk Order?

Due to the custom work required for each cookie, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to offer you a solution that fits your budget.
